We’re Here…So You Don’t Have To Be.
But how can people who own a vacation home here be confident of the safety and security of their home during their absence? Extremes of weather, storms, power failures and break-ins are all concerns that face anyone owning a second property. You need to know that, even when you cannot be there, somebody else can.
That’s where Twin Forks’ home management comes in. Our regular inspections, surveillance equipment, scheduled maintenance and team of professionals will give you the peace of mind that comes from real professional property management.
Home Management Services
- Security and Surveillance. We use a 15 point interior/perimeter surveillance system for all of our properties. We respond to alarm calls 24/7. If there is an alert, the authorities will come to us as first contact.
- Supervision and Inspection. We will perform from 2 to 12 certified house inspections per month, depending on individual needs. We’ll look for signs of attempted entry, retrieve mail, keep things tidy and remove any obvious signs that the property is unoccupied. Then we’ll keep you informed with weekly status updates.
- Infrastructure Maintenance. Twin Forks will monitor property temperature and make sure that heating or climate control failure is not a risk. During the winter months we’ll make sure no harm comes to your home. We’ll time your lights and rotate your blinds – no one will know your home is unoccupied.
- Emergency Management. Because of its position, Long Island sometimes gets the worst of the weather – annual storms and hurricanes are common, and damage from high winds and storm surges can be costly. We will do everything we can to prevent damage to your home, and if the worst happens we’ll be there to manage the recovery.
Twin Forks can give you the peace of mind of knowing that your vacation home is as well cared for as if you were looking after it yourself; and it’s much more affordable than you might think. For details of pricing, please visit our pricing page; or contact us using the button below.
